Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Mosaivo handles information when organizations and their authorized users use our web and mobile services.
1. Who we are
Mosaivo is provided by Lionman Media LLC. Mosaivo is an organization-managed operating platform for nonprofits, schools, churches, and other institutions.
For records an institution enters or manages in Mosaivo, that institution generally determines why and how the information is used, and Lionman Media LLC processes it on the institution's behalf. For platform administration, security, account support, and our direct business relationship with users, Lionman Media LLC may determine the applicable processing purposes.
2. Information we handle
- Account and profile information: name, email address, user and membership identifiers, role, organization, locale, time zone, optional phone number, and optional profile photo.
- Organization records: information authorized users add to people profiles, services, volunteer schedules, availability, alerts, follow-ups, forms, workflows, education, care, fundraising, and other enabled modules.
- Authentication and security information: session credentials, sign-in events, authorization context, and information needed to protect accounts and tenant boundaries. Mobile session tokens are stored using encrypted device storage.
- Technical request information: IP address, browser or device type, request route, timestamp, response status, latency, and related service logs used to operate, diagnose, and secure Mosaivo.
- Integration information: data returned by Google, Microsoft, Apple, or another integration only when the institution enables that provider and an authorized user chooses to connect it.
Mosaivo does not use advertising SDKs, sell personal information, or use personal information for cross-app behavioral advertising. The current mobile apps do not request precise or approximate device location, microphone, camera, device contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide organization-scoped features, maintain profiles and workflows, coordinate teams and services, deliver user-requested communications, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and monitor the reliability and security of the service.
4. When information is disclosed
Information may be available to authorized users and administrators in the same institution according to their roles. We also use service providers for cloud hosting, database infrastructure, application delivery, authentication, and communications. These providers process information for us under applicable agreements.
Information may also be disclosed to an integration an institution deliberately enables, when required by law or a valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
5. Retention and deletion
Organization records are retained according to the institution's instructions, enabled retention settings, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Account, security, and technical records are retained only as reasonably needed to operate and protect the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
Because accounts are normally provisioned and managed by an institution, users should first contact their institution administrator for profile corrections or access removal. Anyone may also request access, correction, export, or deletion by using the contact information below. We will verify the requester and coordinate with the institution when it controls the relevant records.
6. Security and international processing
Mosaivo uses HTTPS in transit, role- and tenant-based access controls, encrypted mobile credential storage, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
7. Children and student records
Mosaivo accounts are intended for institution-authorized users and are not directed to children for independent consumer use. Schools and other institutions are responsible for determining their lawful basis, permissions, and notices when they manage student or minor records through Mosaivo.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also complain to an applicable data protection authority. We do not discriminate against users for making a privacy request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Mosaivo changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
Optional analytics on public pages
With your permission, we use Google Analytics on our public privacy, support, and terms pages to understand visits and improve those pages. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details and uses first-party analytics cookies. We send the public page address without its query string or fragment and do not send form entries, account identifiers, organization records, or referral addresses.
Analytics does not run on sign-in screens or inside the organization workspace. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled. You may decline analytics or change your choice through Cookie preferences on a public page. Declining does not limit access to Mosaivo. Learn more about Google's privacy practices.
