Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Mosaivo and supplement any written agreement between Lionman Media LLC and a subscribing institution.
1. Organization-managed access
Mosaivo is provided to institutions and their authorized users. Your institution determines your role, organization membership, enabled modules, and permissible use. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Mosaivo only for lawful institution-authorized purposes. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another tenant, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape the platform, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use Mosaivo to violate another person's rights.
3. Institution data
The institution retains its rights in data it submits to Mosaivo and is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, notices, permissions, and retention instructions associated with that data. The institution authorizes Lionman Media LLC and its service providers to process the data as needed to provide and secure Mosaivo.
4. Integrations
Third-party integrations are optional and may be governed by separate terms. Enabling an integration authorizes Mosaivo to exchange the information necessary to perform the requested connection. Lionman Media LLC does not control third-party services or guarantee their continued availability.
5. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features while honoring applicable agreements. We work to keep Mosaivo available and secure, but maintenance, provider outages, emergencies, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt service.
6. Ownership
Mosaivo, its software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by Lionman Media LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms and the institution's applicable agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated by the institution or Lionman Media LLC when required by the institution's agreement, law, security needs, nonpayment, or a material violation of these terms. Data handling after termination follows the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mosaivo is provided subject to the warranties, service commitments, remedies, and liability limits in the institution's written agreement. If no written agreement applies, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and Lionman Media LLC disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the updated effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law or contract. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
